Consultations

Our doors are open for consultations Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Whether your pet is facing a health concern, needs a routine vaccination, or you require expert advice on nutrition and behavior, we are here to support you with comprehensive and compassionate care.

We treat companion animals, including dogs and cats. During your visit, our veterinarians perform thorough physical examinations to carefully assess your pet’s well-being. Our dedicated nursing team is also on hand to provide support and answer any questions you may have.

We are committed to providing a calm, comfortable environment for every patient. If your pet is nervous or has unique needs, please let us know when booking so we can tailor our approach and ensure their visit is as stress-free as possible.

In an emergency, please call us at 02 66724322 before you arrive. This helps our team prepare and ensures we are ready to support you and your pet the moment you walk through our doors.

For all other inquiries, you can reach the clinic at 02 66724322.

To ensure we can provide the best care, we schedule 20-minute appointments. If you have several concerns, please let us know when booking so we can allocate extra time. While we prioritise the most urgent health issues first, we want to ensure every concern is addressed thoroughly. If additional time is needed beyond the scheduled visit, we may recommend a follow-up appointment to continue your pet’s care plan.

If your pet is experiencing digestive issues like vomiting or diarrhoea, bringing a fresh stool sample can help us begin testing immediately. Similarly, for concerns regarding excessive drinking or urinary changes, a fresh urine sample assists in a faster diagnosis. Samples should be collected in a clean, dry, sealable container; alternatively, you are welcome to pick up a sterile container from us before your visit. For more complex health journeys, we also offer extended 30-minute consultations.

Home visits

We understand that travelling to the clinic can sometimes be a stressful experience for both you and your pet. To help, our veterinarians are available for home visits, providing a range of treatments in the familiar comfort of your own home. If more advanced care is required, we can also arrange to bring your pet back to our clinic for further treatment.

Emergency & after hours

When our clinic is closed, we want to ensure your pet still has access to the very best care. For after-hours emergencies, we highly recommend the dedicated team at Animal Emergency Services in Carrara or SASH Gold Coast at Robina.

Their facility is fully staffed throughout the night, providing expert veterinary attention and continuous monitoring to meet your pet’s needs when it matters most.
