Due to the increasing number of positive COVID 19 cases in our area, we are asking our clients to please bear with us while we navigate these waters day by day.
Although we are doing all that we can to ensure we stay operational, there may be times where our staff are unable to attend shifts at short notice. In some cases extended isolation periods may be necessary. This may mean we have to reschedule non urgent appointments, and our resources will be stretched to the limit. Please be kind – we are doing the absolute best we can 🙏
If you have any cold and flu symptoms, or are otherwise unwell, we ask that you don’t attend the hospital. We can still see your pets, and ensure you have the supplies you need – please chat to staff if this is the case, and we will work with you towards a solution that keeps everyone safe.
While we know that this is not always possible, we are asking that only one person per consult attends the hospital for appointments.
